Our Office ensures the proper billing of students' accounts and provides professional, prompt, courteous services to students resolving financial problems on an individual basis. We manage the charges and credits of your student account including your tuition, fees, housing, dining, miscellaneous charges, payments, financial aid credits and tuition remission and waivers for every semester that you attend the University.

You may view your student account charges and payments online by using your 9 digit Rutgers Identification Number and your Personal Access Code (PAC).

Functions supporting student services are performed by specific departments within the University. For example, you will need to call the University Housing Office directly for questions or problems regarding your housing and you will need to call the Dining Office directly to adjust or change your meal plans. Please note the first year Resident Students are required to select either the 285, 255 or 210 meal plan options. Questions regarding Financial Aid Awards should be directed to the Financial Aid Office. The Registrar's Office handles all student registration issues, grades and transcripts. Parking permits and violations are handled through the Department of Transportation Services.
